The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet the highest quality standards, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization. This is a full-time position that offers competitive salary and benefits packages.Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) that meets the requirements of IATF 16949:2016
- Conduct Statistical Process Control (SPC) analysis to monitor and improve process capability and reduce variation
- Perform Gauge R&R studies to ensure that measurement systems are accurate and reliable
- Lead the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) process to ensure that new products and processes meet customer requirements
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformances
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that all employees understand and follow quality procedures
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, and ensure that the organization is in compliance with all applicable requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within the Engineering industry
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), specifically IATF 16949:2016
- Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) analysis and Gauge R&R studies
- Knowledge of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) requirements and experience leading the process
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
