Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Quality Engineer to join our team in the Engineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet the highest quality standards, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization. This is a full-time position that offers competitive salary and benefits packages.Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) that meets the requirements of IATF 16949:2016
• Conduct Statistical Process Control (SPC) analysis to monitor and improve process capability and reduce variation
• Perform Gauge R&R studies to ensure that measurement systems are accurate and reliable
• Lead the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) process to ensure that new products and processes meet customer requirements
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformances
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that all employees understand and follow quality procedures
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, and ensure that the organization is in compliance with all applicable requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within the Engineering industry
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), specifically IATF 16949:2016
• Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) analysis and Gauge R&R studies
• Knowledge of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) requirements and experience leading the process
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
