NO C2C - This is an onsite opportunity 50 minutes NE of Louisville, KY. Hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite. Responsible for developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals. Will also oversee developing budgets and operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals. This role will be tasked with managing the day-to-day operations of the Client Services team, identifying key opportunities for improvement, as well as building and managing the project management office (PMO). Responsibilities will also include managing desktop, laptop, and workstation hardware installation and maintenance, desktop application delivery and support, printing services, Service Desk, and mobile device management. This role will also develop the project methodology, governance, running projects, and managing any dedicated IT project managers.Responsibilities:

  • Manages support staff and project managers.
  • Creation and implementation of the PMO including a formal project management methodology and governance.
  • Works with the Computing Services team to maintain the corporate collaboration systems (Office 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Manages the Service Desk and IT Service Management system.
  • Maintains and supports network printing systems and service provider.
  • Maintains and supports user endpoints (Desktops, Laptops, Workstations).
  • Manages mobile phones and service provider.
  • Coordinates user equipment moves, additions, and changes.
  • Creates and maintains applicable cybersecurity policies through collaboration with the cybersecurity manager
  • Creates and maintains vendor relationships.
  • Builds and maintains annual budget for Client and Project services.
  • Develops and maintains service level metrics and KPIs.
Qualification:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in managing teams' delivery IT Services.
  • Experience defining and executing IT services strategies, day to day IT operations and project governance and methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field of study
  • CompTIA Project +, PMP or other project certification preferred.
  • Must have strategic thinking
