We are looking for a motivated, hardworking team player with a strong background in drywall work who wants to establish a long-term, reliable career with a growing company.

Qualifications:

- Five years’ experience in Division 9 scopes of work (metal framing, drywall hanging, drywall finishing, insulation, ACT, FRP, etc.)

- Carpentry and finishing skills – both metal and wood framing

- Install and finish drywall

- Follow written and verbal instructions

- Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations

- Interpret construction drawings and specifications

- Must be able to use own transportation for travel

- Ability to work in Lexington and Louisville markets as well as surrounding areas

- Understanding of how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully

- Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, to bend, reach, lift and carry heavy items weighing 50 – 100 lbs.

- Strong working knowledge of materials used in the trade

- Proper documentation for employment eligibility to work in the U.S

Other Requirements:

- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services

- Daily check-ins with Project Manager

- Have small hand tools as required
