We are seeking a person who has good customer service skills and can train/work with hotel employees and management, as well as using those same skills to help support systems at the corporate level at multiple corporate sites. This person will need to be able to work with multiple different vendors that are also involved with software/hardware at all sites.

There will be travel involved with this position so you will need to be able to move around the Midwest and sometimes a little farther than that as the company grows.

This person will need to be flexible with travel scheduling. A quick leaner on how processes work. Knowledge of software products such as Office 365 are a must. As well as someone that can quickly learn installation and support of our accounting systems as well as our Time & Attendance programs. Knowledge of Windows 10 is also necessary. It will be a plus if you have skill with Win 7 and Win 8. Networking skills and the ability to set up networks, as well as troubleshooting network issues is also a needed skill for this position. Dealing with printers and copiers will also helpful. A comfort level with basic computer software/hardware will help you succeed in this position

Qualifications:

Education:

Associates Degree or Certification in Informational Technology or equivalent experience required

Experience:

2+ years with installation and configuration of desktop/Laptop and operating systems.

Hotel industry IT is a plus

Must have a clean driving record as travel is required up to 85% of the time
