OverviewThis is a general Training Specialist for the client to perform standardized trainings. The Training Specialist is a content and/or training process expert who delivers training curriculums and course material that integrates business processes with technical skills and knowledge required for employees to safely and effectively perform job duties.Responsibilities
  • Participates in, and conducts company training programs.
  • Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development.
  • May be involved in initial plan design and existing plan enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Possess demonstrated written, verbal communications and presentation skills.
  • Strong observation, evaluation, coaching and feedback skills.
  • Computer skills in Windows and Microsoft Office.
