Senior Project Manager

We have an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager. You’ll need to be onsite at least 2 days per month and possibility more, depending on what is going on with the project. We need someone with Digital Transformation experience. We do expect this to extend in duration. Client Notes:This candidate needs to understand project management practices. They should have experience working with stakeholders and working on enterprise-wide initiatives, so they can understand the complexities of it. They should also be able to explain technical terms into user friendly terms. This opening is very high visibility. They will work very closely with the CIO, and one of our contacts who is spearheading the project. Projects:They have a digital transformation happening. They are 2 years into this, and they have 2 more years to go on it. They are working on key areas of the business where they do training and certification for the hospitality industry. They will be working with all the systems and how the training and certification courses are sold to their customers. They will also focus on the transactional platform, how courses are being stored on an LMS- they have a new LMS system for customer data. There are a lot of work streams attached to this. There is a dedicated team that is working on this and this person will sit within that team. They would be reporting into a consultant who is managing this initiative from a Program/Project management standpoint. They are using Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, with a heavier focus on Agile.
