Looking for a housemaid or cleaning service we can setup up an appointment one time a month. We are looking for somebody to clean our bathroom, kitchen and main living room. Size of the space is approximately 1000 square feet. We just need basic level cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen as well as vacuuming and dusting of the living room. If this is managed in a reasonable amount of time we could add two additional bedrooms, although it isnt required. Willing to negotiate rates with somebody personally. I want this to be setup as a monthly gig with someone. Thanks!
