- Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems and products from concept to production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, develop specifications, and create design solutions
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and design reviews to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians
- Participate in customer and supplier meetings to provide technical expertise and support
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes to ensure product compliance and innovation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in electronics, electrical engineering, and embedded systems
- Strong knowledge of Analog, Digital, or Mixed Signal design principles and techniques
- Experience in Medical Devices, IEC 60601, FDA, UL, and FCC regulations
