Title : Network / Infrastructure Lead Engineer.Location : Downtown Chicago. (Hybrid - 2 days in Office)Duration : 3 Months C-H Client is not willing to sponsor at this time. Candidates having unrestricted work authorization will be considered.Job Details:Design, develop, and maintain IT infrastructure, monitor network performance, optimize server capacity, and secure networks and data. Recommend changes and implement agreed-upon enhancements.Required:1. Network Infrastructure Management expertise. Making sure the system is up and running at all times. (Experience with Firewalls, Routers and supporting VPN)2. Office 365 expertise. (Migrating from Exchange Server to O365)3. Strong Documentation skills.Experience and Abilities Needed for the role:· Firewall and security· Networking design· Programming languages such as PowerShell, Windows Scripting, and/or Basic· Cloud computing, AWS, Azure· Server management· Storage management· Network monitoring/administration· Virtual and remote access management, VPN, RDP· Proficient knowledge of Mac OS, iOS, and Windows operating systems· Strong working knowledge of Office 365, including system rollouts· Working knowledge of SQL server, would be a plus· Problem-solving and troubleshooting· Disaster recovery preparation and testing· Excellent working knowledge of both Apple computers and Windows PCs· Outstanding communication skills· Team player with excellent collaboration skills including working with C-Level executives Qualifications :1 - Education: BS in Computer Science or related field2- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience with proven track record in IT infrastructure roles3- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CISSP preferred Please Note : Applicants will be considered without regards to race, color, religion, sex, gender and origin.Please send your updated resume to
