Well versed with creating, use case diagrams, System Interaction diagrams, flow diagrams and Data mapping across systems, along with relevant business rules, conditions, and transformations Experience in Agile methodology with skills in story writing Should demonstrate technical skills and be able to take on quick prototyping activities independently Specialized Skills:Integration: Well versed with creating Interface document with data mapping and system interaction diagrams Understands REST APIs, SOAP Webservices, Message based, Bulk data, Managed File Transfer, and EDI based integration scenarios Is capable of writing OpenAPI / Swagger Specifications for Restful services Identify Integration touch-points and catalogue Enterprise APIs Enterprise Applications: Understands Business and functional processes from Insurance domain Has experience building solutions using ERP, CRM and custom applications. Knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite, Salesforce CRM and web applications is advantageous Has experience defining business rules and business processes based on the requirements Digital Applications: Understand technologies and processes around digital business Well versed with web technologies, content management systems and applications. Skilled in MEAN stack, Cloud native solutions will be a added plus Skilled to define customer journey maps, analyzing customer touch-points, and Omni-channel User Experience design
