Computer Aided Dispatch Configuration Specialist (Onsite Chicago)

CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch) often referred to as a "911" system. Job Description: Implementing a CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) and Mobile application. Will function as the System (CAD) Administrator, who will be primarily responsible for managing the application software settings to ensure efficient operation. Will be assigned to the client both during the implementation phase, as well as the maintenance phase. Responsibilities:

• Systems Administration Supporting the client's implementation
• Managing the application software settings to ensure efficient operation.
• Software setup, assignment, and management of software modular security, maintenance of the code files, evaluation and implementation of version updates, reporting, prioritization, and management of support issues.
• Setting up and maintaining the users, and vehicles as well as minor configuration changes to the application.
