Looking for an Executive Chef & a Front of House Manager
Executive Chef:
Must have a strong / long history and be experienced as a chef - both cooking & running all kitchen & staff needs. This includes:
Preparing & executing menus
Ordering supplies
Hiring all staff
Supervising independently all the operations of the kitchen, and its cook staff.
Front of House (FOH) Manager:
Must have strong / long history and has experience in running all aspects of front of house (FOH) managerial duties; including:
Bar management - keeping inventory of ordering & purchases
Hiring / supervising FOH staff (waiters, dishwashers, bussers, runners, hosts, etc.)
Have experience in operating FOH duties in large restaurants in downtown Chicago.
