Trucking Manager/Truck Boss

Wood Brothers Trucking is looking for an experienced Trucking Manager/Truck Boss to join our company. We offer full time, year round work with weekends off. Experience with aggregate materials (including gravel, sand, and asphalt) and experience with local pits preferred. Excavation and equipment experience would be a plus. Salary DOE. This position will answer exclusively to the owners.

Daily tasks would include (but are not limited to): managing our daily internal trucking schedule and oversee drivers, communicating and providing services to outside customers, outside sales of aggregate materials and assisting with the trucking paperwork and monthly billing. This position will work closely with our commercial and residential superintendents to manage daily workflow. We currently run a small-scale fleet (less than 20 trucks).

This position includes a company truck, company phone, and commission sales incentives. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record for use of a company truck.
