Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the public sector? Our client, a leading organization in the Judicial Branch, is seeking a talented Project Manager to join their team in Boise, ID. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development, management, and coordination of the statewide Pivot to the Cloud program.Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the project teams, providing support for the Pivot to the Cloud projects' tasks and priorities.
• Act as a key support staff for the Pivot to the Cloud projects, setting agendas, tracking progress, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
• Facilitate discussions between the Idaho Judicial Branch, counties, and suppliers to ensure clear communication of program expectations.
• Maintain communication with all participants regarding timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure that the program is focused on work that aligns with the approved Pivot to the Cloud strategic plan.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated professional
  project management experience (Required: 5 Years)
• Project planning experience, including critical
  path development, resource allocation, and Work Breakdown Structure project plan development (Required: 5 Years)
• Experience with program/project
  financial management and reporting (Required: 5 Years)
• Proficiency in project management applications such as
  Microsoft Project and Smartsheets (Required: 5 Years)
• Strong knowledge of
  Microsoft Office products (Required: 5 Years)
• Currently active
  agile, scrum, or project management certification (e.g.,
  CSM, CSP, PMP, SAFe) is highly desired
• Experience with ServiceNow Portfolio Management is a plus
