Remodel laborer/apprentice

Mode Remodel is seeking a general laborer/apprentice.

This is a position that does require hard labor but also provides a mentorship environment with one of our lead carpenters. As a full service remodel company you will get exposed to all aspects of the remodel world.

Some experience is a plus but not required. Some basic hand tools are helpful to have but we can work with you if you don’t have much. A go getter attitude and eagerness to learn and work are more important.

A clean appearance is important as you will often be working around our clients if they are home.

No smoking, drinking, or drug use is allowed on company time. This includes chew. Nicotine pouches that don’t require spitting are fine. I don’t care what you do on your own time but if you can’t show up sober please don’t waste your time applying.

A reliable vehicle is a must as you will sometimes have to travel between various job sites throughout the day. A pickup truck is a huge plus but not a requirement. Our current projects are spread across the Treasure Valley. That will likely remain the case so generally no overnight travel is needed.

This is a full-time W2 position. Advancement and raises are certainly possible as your knowledge and experience grows.
