Full Job Description

Guardian Landscape & Maintenance is seeking full-time lawn care help in the Treasure Valley Idaho. Commercial Landscaping and Maintenance.

The Position:

We’re looking for a lawn care technician with strong work ethic, loves to work outdoors, and someone who has excellent customer relations skills. We are a full-service lawn maintenance company, the job applicant will be required to mow, trim, and blow debris, prune trees and shrubs, do spring and fall cleanups.

Requirements:

Has dependable transportation

Reliable and willing to work.

Our Work week is 4 days long.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Takes pride in the quality of work performed and be detailed oriented.

Some knowledge of grounds maintenance.

Some knowledge of planting, cultivating, pruning, spraying and trimming requirements of typical flowers, shrubs and trees.

Ability to work together with other team members to meet company standards every day.

Some Knowledge of maintenance equipment i.e. edger, blower, push mower, riding lawn mower.

Bilingual is a plus but not required.

Pay:

$15-$25 DOE to start
