Service Supervisor, Arc of Hilo Adult Day Health / Community Services

The Arc of Hilo, Hawai'i Island is recruiting for a Service Supervisor for our Adult Day Health and Community Support Services program. Ideally, you have experience in waiver services to eligible adults with disabilities, including Adult Day Health and Personal Attendant/Community Learning Services.

Hours are generally 7:30-3pm M-F. Some flexibility is required in this exempt position due to the nature of client services.

Eligibility for the position:

a. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in social sciences or education;

b. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in another field with one (1) year verifiable experience working directly with individuals with disabilities or the elderly;

c. Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Hawai‘i;

d. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and:

Two (2) years of experience providing direct assistance to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
