Property Maintainer for Papaikou residence

Duties include:

- Garden maintenance, weeding with hand tools (no mowing needed)

- House cleaning

- Property walks for repairs, cleanliness, and to monitor condition

- Basic equipment maintenance

- Coordinating with gardeners & vendors

Schedule:

- 30 hours per month required

- On property a minimum of 2 days per week

- Available on short notice for emergencies

Pay:

- $23 per hour

Requirements:

- Valid Hawaii driver's license

- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to outstanding service

- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and on uneven terrain

- Must live within easy commute distance of Papaikou

- This position demands consistency, attention to detail, and high reliability

- Looking for long-term
