Position: Part-Time Sales Associate
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers, offering personalized assistance and product recommendations
Provide top-notch customer service and ensure a delightful shopping experience
Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
Light cleaning and maintaining a tidy shop
Restocking jewelry displays and ensuring a visually appealing store
Sharing product knowledge and showcasing brand expertise
Conducting inventory counts and assisting with stock management
Requirements:
Availability to work weekends is essential
Strong commitment to reliability and willingness to be on call
Passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment
Ability to learn quickly and grasp the nuances of our unique jewelry pieces
Attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized workspace
Sales experience preferred but not required
