Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative in HonoluluThis position is onsite only (Remote Not Available) Salary Range: $20/hr Full Time: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PMUnder the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative responds to customer inquiries, resolves issues, and provides information about eligibility, benefits, and claims information through incoming/outbound calls, walk-ins, and written or electronic correspondence.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Respond to phone inquiries regarding eligibility, benefits, claim status, and other plan information/issues efficiently and timely.- Coordinate benefits with Medicaid and other insurance carriers via phone and process simple claim adjudication when necessary.- Provide written responses to Customer Care emails.- Provide back-up support for Claims Processing with data entry and adjudicate claims up to Level 2 as required.Other Duties & Responsibilities:- Adhere to established document policies and procedures.- Accomplish special projects as assigned.- Complete routine administrative tasks.- Service walk-in customer inquiries.- Perform other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as assigned.Minimum Qualifications and Experience:Education:- High School Diploma or its equivalent.Experience:- At least one year of clerical experience, customer service, or sales, or any combination of education and experience which would provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to meet the minimum qualifications to perform the essential functions of this position.- Preferred experience working in a high call volume work setting.TO APPLY:Please email your resume to Isabella here: ISAK066@kellyservices.com
