Master Gardener Wanted for 15-acre Property

Must be long term Kauai resident, preferably living east to north side.

Must be able to handle physical demands of walking long distances with steep terracing.

Must be available five days a week.

Must be able to delegate and manage time effectively.

Must be passionate about plants.

Specific skills requested:

In-depth knowledge of local plants, trees and flowers. Knowledge if how Kauai’s climate and weather effect different species of plants throughout the year.

Exceptional communication and team management skills. Able to train new landscapers, provide feedback and develop their skills. Able to interact with your employer and other team members constructively.

Ability to use, maintain and repair machines and tools, useful but not required.
