Mary Poppins Nanny Needed

Aloha, my family is looking for a wonderful woman to help us in life. Must be genuinely happy and like kids. My kids are sweet and messy, and they bicker. They love to play. They love to talk. They want to interact with adults just as much as they want to interact with children. They feel mischievous when they say the occasional naughty word, it's okay This position is for someone who is willing to put their heart out my children. For the most part my children own their time. I don't drag them around to places they do not want to go. I don't ignore them because I have better things to do. My house is a child centered house and I need a woman who will fit in knowing these children are her equals. There is no boss-worker relationship here. We are a family who needs one more adult to help with the driving, dishes, sweeping and cooking. The kids can participate in everything except driving. ;) My house is kind of the kid street house. There are three neighbor kids who all come and go as if it is their house. It is. Just smile and say hi, they will too. They are never rude or disrespectful. If anything, they want to tell you about their day. We are Christians and do not smoke. It's okay if you aren't Christian and do smoke. Just politely keep it outside away from the windows. The dogs would love for you to throw the ball for them! If you are as fabulous as I hope, we might get some chickens too!

A valid driver's license would be awesome but not required. Must have a good attitude, and understand my kids have a PG (no profanity) life. No talking about sex or inappropriate topics in the same area as them. Kids hear everything. I prefer if you stay off of your phone. Pay starts at $17 an hour without driver's license or $18 with. I don't mind if your English is terrible as long as we can do basic communication. I have a soft spot for grandmas. Work hours are Tuesday and Thursday's 2:30-7:30. The first few days though would need to be a Friday or Saturday so you can get acclimated to our house and personalities and I'll need to check you out before I leave you alone with my children.
