Boots & Kimo's Homestyle Kitchen in Kailua, HI is looking for a line cook to join our 23-person, strong team. We are located at 1020 Keolu Drive Kailua suite D1. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.After successfully completing the probationary period, you will be eligible to receive a monthly bonus check.Responsibilities Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Chop vegetables, and meats, prepare sauces, batters, and other food preparation according to recipes Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff must follow all food procedures and all sanitation guidelines at all times Clean up station and take care of leftover food able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, moderately noisy environment containing multiple personality types. It can become crowded and high-pressure. Stock and restock inventory Qualifications Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred Able to meet all scheduling commitments Able to anticipate the needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs Strong attention to detail We are looking forward to reading your application.
