Job Title: Warehouse Admin Clerk
Pay: Up to $20/hr
Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 7:30a-4p
A transportation company in Waipahu is currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Admin Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive calls and address customer and client inquiries promptly and professionally
Process customer orders and invoices accurately
Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment
Utilize MS Excel for data entry and document management
Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks
Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
Demonstrate strong communication skills, especially when working with customers over the phone
Remain calm and focused in handling demanding customer situations
Requirements:
Computer proficiency, particularly in MS Excel
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail, especially when working with shipping documents
Comfortable taking and processing customer orders and inquiries
