You will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of HR functions, including departmental support, HRIS (Info system), and new hire and benefits administration.

Essential Responsibilities:
Efficient HR Department Operation: Contribute significantly to the smooth day-to-day operation of the HR Department.
HR and Employment Law Knowledge: Develop a basic understanding of HR and Employment Law.
Documentation Management: Prepare, track, and maintain essential documentation to support HR processes.
Communication Skills: Compose letters and correspondence, including memos to stores and reminders for events and activities, showcasing your ability to transfer information accurately and clearly.
Education and/or Experience:
Two-year Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree from a Community college or a University.
Proficiency in reading, understanding, speaking, writing, and communicating in the English language.
Work Schedule:
8-hour shift with bonus opportunities.
