Concrete pump operator

We are looking for concrete pump operators. $30+ hour payroll with medical/dental benefits.

Must have driver’s license and pumping concrete experience.

Looking for:

Safe driving, good attitude, takes care of equipment and CLEAN, someone who know how to reverse and drive a heavy trailer SAFELY!

We don’t need any CDL driver’s because we only operate trailer pumps, NO BOOM pumps.

Most of our jobs are residential homes being built or worked on. On average one job will be 1-2 ready mix truck loads. And will take 1-2 hours to pump. If you’re a pump guy you know. Half the time we are driving to and from job sites so am looking for a responsible slow drivers Nobody who’s always in a rush. And must have good customer service.

We mostly pump 3/4 rock,

(3” hoses)

3/8 P gravel, grout (2” in hoses)

and some Gunite/shotcrete.

We have been in business for over 20 years. We are a small company Based out of wahiawa.

Our main goal is to work safely, provide good customer service to our clients. And provide for our families.

What to expect:

A typical day for a pump operator is to pump 1-2 jobs a day, you will have a labor or a ride along with you to help set up hoses and back you up when running the hose tip. (We run all slick line)

We run the hose tip for the contractor/homeowner and place the concrete wherever they want it.

our job is to literally pump the concrete from point A to point B.

Clean out your machine and any mess from our pumps, then head to another site or back to the yard.

Learn, I can train you. start off as a labor/helper (20per hour)

and see if this is something you wanna get into.

If you worked a desk job, this is probably not your line of work, but if you like working outdoors, being part of building things, and working on different jobsite with different people everyday. You might like it.
