CLEANERS NEEDED FREE TRAINING & SETUP OF OWN COMPANY ARE PROVIDED

Looking for independent contractors, gig workers, and 1099ers in the Kapolei area!

Need 1 Team with minimum workers of 4

Frequency: 7 days/week

Payout: $3,500/month

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

DAILY DUTIES

PARKING GARAGE, LANDINGS & STAIRWELLS

1. Microfiber clean and disinfect interior guest elevator cab including control panel, floor indicator, tracks and exterior banks and elevator call buttons and panel

2. Vacuum guest elevator cab and floor tracks and polish

BACK OF HOUSE

1. Floors: Sweep, Microfiber Flat mop or Auto Scrub accessible floor surfaces

2. Service Elevators (4): Sweep and/or vacuum, disinfect clean elevator cab, tracks and control panels

KFAS/KFAS GRAND STAIRCASE & LANDING:

1. Microfiber clean interior floors using a disinfectant cleaner

2. Sweep and mop exterior floors

3. Vacuum carpet and upholstery

CHAPEL

1. Vacuum and microfiber clean floor using neutral cleaner

2. Spot microfiber clean horizontal and vertical surfaces including wall decor and F&E up to 8ft

Requirements

Legal to work in the US

Ability to follow scope of work

Driving license with a reliable vehicle

Willing to learn and improve skill set

Skills and Knowledge

Training offered to learn new skills and earn more money!
