The Arc in Hawaii is a non-profit organization with deep roots in Hawaii. We provide both residential and day services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID) on Oahu. Our mission, in part, is to support the rights of individuals with ID to be included and fully participate in their respective communities throughout their lifetime.

DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS for our homes and centers provide direct services to our participants, adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, under the direction of a home or center manager at the following ARC locations. Hourly pay rate: $17.77.

[Adult Day Health Center]:

Full time: Honolulu (Diamond Head area) - Mon thru Fri - start 7 am

[ICF Homes]:

Fulltime: 6th Ave A - Mon thru Fri 11pm-7am (overnight-no sleep)

Part time: 6th Ave A - Sat and Sun 7am-7pm

Part time: 6th Ave B - Sat and Sun 7am-7pm

Part time: 6th Ave B - Sat and Sun 7pm-7am (overnight-no sleep)

Part time: Kaimuki B - Sat and Sun 7am-7pm

Part time: Ewa B - Sat and Sun 7pm-7am (overnight-no sleep)

[DOM Homes]:

Full time: Kamehame (Hawaii Kai Area) - Mon thru Fri 1:30-9:30pm

Full time: Kamehame (Hawaii Kai Area) - Fri 2-10pm, Sat and Sun 6am-10pm

Full time: Lusitana A (Punchbowl area) - Sat and Sun 5:30am - 1:30pm, Mon thru Wed 1:30-9:30pm

Full time: Lusitana B (Punchbowl area) - Sat and Sun 6:30am - 2:30pm; Wed thru Fri 1:30-9:30pm

Part time: Lusitana B (Punchbowl area) - Sat and Sun 2:30-10:30pm; Mon and Tue 1:30-9:30pm

Part time: Halawa - Tue thru Fri 2-10pm

LEAD DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS provide direct services to participants at our Adult Day Health (ADH) programs in Honolulu and Pearl City and supervision of the implementation, monitoring, and modification of the participant's treatment programs following the IPP or ISP; supervise a team of DSPs; provide direction in the areas of normalization principle, integration, safety and protection, individual rights and responsibilities and other areas deemed appropriate by the interdisciplinary team. One year volunteer or work experience with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred. Full time - Hourly pay rate: $19.57

Honolulu Center: Mon thru Fri, start 7am

Pearl City Center: Mon thru Fri, some days start at 6am and other days start at 6:30am
