ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare quality baked goods (cookies mainly).
Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
Performed daily operations, including but not limited to preparing dough, separating, and baking.
Teamwork, following directions, and working together with the kitchen management team to deliver outstanding products.
Provide sufficient baked goods and maintain quality to meet ‘Ohana Nui standards.
Completing designated tasks within an Average/Above average level.
Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
High School diploma or higher;
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask;
Acceptable verbal English communication skills;
Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts;
Enforce Health Department Regulations and possess a current Food Handler Certification.
Weekend and holiday availability
MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY
This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the position's position's duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.
