Role Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing clerical and organizational support to the Director of Events & Executive Consultant. Strong communication skills when interacting with clients. Goal orientated and able to meet deadlines.
This position will also entail managing office operations, supporting the management team, and performing administrative tasks such as answering calls, preparing reports, and organizing files.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy
High school diploma or equivalent degree
2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist
