job summary:This role is for someone with extensive knowledge of the Warehousing & Logistics industry with experience/knowledge of common practices and products. They will lead our solutions architects and systems engineers to "architect" what our products and solutions should be to best meet the market needs. In the development process, this team fits between the sales, product manager, and business stakeholders and the technical engineering teams.

- Lead early-stage V-model activities such as user requirements definition, concept of operations, FMEA, and Gap Analysis. Review derived requirements and system design to ensure accuracy.
- Lead high-level simulation testing to support concept definition as well as leading operational testing to confirm solution conforms to customer operational expectations.
- Manage systems engineering team and educate team on material handling and logistics functionality and operations.
- Collaborate closely and stay aligned with product management, solution development, mechatronics engineering, software architecture, R&D and regional engineering teams.
