All Staffing Warehousing offers a Lumper Service and Staffing Service. We have been in business over 16 years and our business continues to grow.

Our Operation has expanded into Georgia recently and we are looking for an experienced Staffing Sales Representative/Recruiter to build our office in the Forest Park, GA area.

This is for someone with a go-getter personality.

Recruiters with staffing experience welcomed to apply.

We have worked with numerous facilities including Walmart, BJ’s, Crane Worldwide Logistics, and plenty of smaller businesses throughout the area.

We specialize in Warehouse workers and Production workers from Temp, to Temp to Perm, and Direct Hire employees as well as providing Container Unloading/Loading services.

Duties:

- Identify and target new business opportunities in the staffing industry with a focus on warehouses and/or manufacturing.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and accounts

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions

- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

- Provide ongoing account management and support to existing clients

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Experience:

- Proven experience in staffing sales

- Strong business development skills with a track record of successful sales growth

- Previous experience in outside sales or account management preferred

- Fluent in Spanish is a plus

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

At our company, we offer competitive compensation packages, including a base salary plus commission.

Weekly travel reimbursement and cell phone reimbursement will be provided.

Salary: Base salary is based on experience.
