TA GROUP IS looking to partner with SKILLED LABORERS ONLY. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH REMODELING, CONSTRUCTION, HANDYMAN, AND/OR PUNCH LIST. MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS/EQUIPMENT. We provide the punch list package for you and need Labor Only.
Can be a subcontractor. To qualify for Subcontractor, must have the following insurances in place (Must place our company as the Additional Insured)
-General Liability
-Workers Compensation
-Professional Liability
-Commercial Auto
If you do not have the insurances listed above, that is ok. You may still apply for the opportunity.
We are actively seeking the following skilled trades: (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE. PAY IS BASED ON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF INSPECTIONS. OPPORTUNITIES ARE LIMITLESS FOR EXPERIENCED LABORERS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!)
-Interior Renovation/Remodeling Crews (DEMO & INSTALL)
-Skilled Labor Crews
-General Labor Crews
-Door Hardware
-Electrical Install of Plates and Masques
-Painters (Interior)
-Blind Installation
-Handyman services
Etc.
Anything on our checklist/punchlist MUST be completed in a timely and efficient manner.
