Site Reliability Engineer

Job Title : Site Reliability Engineer Location : Remote/WFH Hybrid, Remote, Onsite : Remote Job start date : 06/05/2023 (Tentative) Job end date : 12/31/2023 Rate: $50/hr on w2 Project details : The current system is on prem, and they are migrating to the cloud. Project has already kicked off and work is ongoing . This is a large project for this client. Skill Set : Look at system performance and responding to outages/issues in time. CI/CD isn't needed. Splunk and Dynatrace If a system is performing poorly, they will need to go in and debug. RestAPI, Java, Azure and MySQL Financial services background 2 4 years of experience Qualifications : At least four (4) years of experience in a support/release monitoring role Experience with Azure cloud deployment, monitoring, data security, and platforms/tools such as Kubernetes, Load Balancer, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, and Dynatrace Experience managing the support of release processes, optimizing efficiency and quality of delivery, including managing resources to implement automation tools. Experience with MS SQL with ability to execute complex queries (debugging) Experience with setting up system/process monitoring tools. Experience in troubleshooting priority incidents and facilitating blameless post-mortems. Working knowledge in performing analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to better predict issues and take proactive actions. Working knowledge in the development life cycle.
