Description Robert Half is looking for a Manager of Business Process Management to work to improve end-to-end business processes for the company's Home Office Staff, Reps and clients. The Business Process Manager is a senior-level contributor and team manager, with a consistent record of supporting complex, business-impacting projects. Candidates will possess business process, systems administration, and analytical skills that will be instrumental in helping the company's client's teams scale globally.location Duluth GA- Hybrid roleResponsibilities:

  • Lead a team responsible for studying and documenting end to end business processes
  • Develop a strong understanding of all entity's business models and product offerings
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Application, Servicing, Processing and Administration to review and document peripheral process touch points within overall processes
  • Work with Business Stakeholders and up/downstream teams to identify and resolve process pain points using process reengineering techniques and through system enhancements
  • Identify automation and optimization opportunities across the lifecycle
  • Own/drive the enhancement roadmap with our IT teams
  • Act as a liaison between business process management and our IT/technical teams
  • Accountable for team development of requirements documentation including BRDs, process flows, DACIs, wireframes or other assets used to collect business needs
  • Help define "interim state" business processes, and help manage the change and adoption of these new processes
  • Define KPIs and develop reporting to track metrics across processes to measure the health of the business, risk areas and impact of improvement initiatives
  • Simultaneously lead and contribute to multiple strategic and continuous improvement projects across organization
  • Lead and participate in projects to correct inefficient processes, eliminate waste and redundancies
  • Creatively envision, design, and implement future state processes that drive towards optimal operating conditions, aligning and integrating workflows across brands
  • Develop and deliver data-driven, succinct, and concise recommendations for leadership regarding implementation of strategic goals and priorities as well as sustainment of process improvements, optimization and/ or automation efforts
  • Promote consistent, efficient, and effective operational evaluation and optimization practices throughout the enterprise
  • Create and maintain process flow charts, SOPs, and other documents to support current state, cross-functional and end-to-end process understanding
  • Skillfully implement process improvements, alignments, and integrations and define metrics to measure the performance of improved workflows
  • Serve as a Lean Six Sigma process improvement resource + Assist Lean Six Sigma trainings
  • Develop innovative standards for process evaluation, process improvement project management, and benefit tracking
  • Define and share Lean Six Sigma best practices, specifically selected for success throughout the enterprise
  • Embrace and promote process improvement, optimization, and automation targeting enhanced productivity, quality, and delivery of our products and experiences across all brands
Requirements Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Sr Manager / Manager for Advisory or Transformation initiatives (business, process, systems, functional, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred
  • 3+ years' experience in business process management
  • 3+ years' experience managing complex, cross-functional projects; PMP certification preferred
  • Passion for strategic thinking and problem solving
  • Ability to deliver rich business insights that drive business decisions
  • Experience in developing and maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with leadership, stakeholders and project teams
  • Experience with Financial Services and/or Insurance ecosystems
  • Familiarity with different software subscription models, and cloud software sales models
  • Some business processes that will be supported includes billing and payment, premium administration, life insurance servicing, document process flows, digital servicing and support
  • Some tools you may be using and supporting: Pega, Docusign, Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, etc.
  • An ability to dive into details, but also step back and reframe a problem more strategically
  • Prepare Executive Level Presentations with recommended approach
  • Develop Cross-Functional Design approach to solving end to end complex business processes
  • You have a passion for learning - new tools, processes, ways of working, etc. and are open to change and doing things in new ways.
  • Business Case Development including Cost / Benefit Analysis, development of RFI / RFP as needed
  • Business Process Assessment and Improvement with a focus on Risk Analysis, Cost Reduction/Avoidance, Revenue/ Retention Opportunity
