Looking For All Restaurant Staff

Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse is a revamp of a Conyers classic, Tokyo Hibachi Express, under new ownership that brings with it a fine-dining acumen, fostered from hotel, restaurant and casino experiences from Miami, Nashville, and Milwaukee. With our new staff, we aim to provide a refined yet casual standard unique to the Conyers region, and are looking forward to building a team to bring it to life.

Hibachi Chef/Teppanyaki Chef: If you have a flair for entertainment and enjoy showcasing your culinary skills, this position is for you. Our hibachi chefs are responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals tableside while engaging guests with their impressive knife techniques and lively performance.

Servers: We are looking for friendly and attentive servers who can provide exceptional customer service to our guests. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Bartender: Our bartenders play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Candidates should have experience crafting a variety of cocktails, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service at the bar.

Host/Hostess: As the first point of contact for our guests, host/hostesses are responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and seating guests in a timely manner. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Dishwasher/Kitchen Assistant: We are seeking dedicated individuals to assist with dishwashing and kitchen duties to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Kitchen Staff: We are seeking dedicated individuals to assist back kitchen staff that would help cater to teppanyaki to go orders and other dining menu items outside of the Hibachi room.

Kitchen Chef (50 - 60k)

Servers (40 - 60k)

Busboy (24 - 33k)

Compensation can be adjusted based upon experience.

Benefits packages TBD though this transitional time.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.

high school or GED diploma

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
