Hood Cleaning Tech $15/hr

Georgia Vent Works is engaged in the commercial cleaning of restaurant exhaust systems. This is consistent and reliable work with no slow season. Most of the work takes place overnight and the hours will shift from day to day depending on the work that needs done. However, your schedule is generally given at least 2 weeks in advance so you will know what is coming up. This line of work does not have as much oversight as a normal job would as you travel to our customers locations to service them, often times when nobody else is there. You must be responsible and detail oriented to be successful in this line of work! After training one person (each crew is 2 people and both people are paid the same and treated the same) from the crew will be allowed to take the work truck home with them and to start leaving from their house directly to the customers locations. We will often times hire a Husband/Wife team as that makes the perfect pair but you must ensure that you can work together if you take that route!

We are in immediate need for 2 full time employees for a crew. Compensation is $15 an hour with 30-50 hour work weeks (more work available to those that want it). Requirements:

-Must have a valid US drivers license.

-Must be able to pass a background check. (NO FELONIES)

-Must be able to pass a drug test. (NO WEED)

-Must not be afraid of heights as we do get on rooftops.

-Must be able to work at night.

-Must have a smart phone (preferable with a protective case) as you will need to to take pictures documenting your work and to gain access to the company software with customer information and schedules on it.

-Must be an active problem solver. This job gives you a lot of freedom but that means you must be able to solve problems when they arise and not lock up like a deer in headlights.
