Working Partner or Buyer for RV & Mobile Home Dealership

I own Mobile Homes USA, which was established in 2010 in Fort Myers, Florida from which I currently do all of the internet marketing, customer quotes, invoicing and accounting for sales of RV's, Park Models, Mobile Homes and Stick built housing for all Florida. I am older with no continuity plan for the business and am seeking a compatible person, couple or company that can take over the management and operations of the business so I can create a path to total ownership for.

I have negotiated a lease for only $500/month to have all of my models, sales operations and dealer license at Palm

and Pines Park on SR 29 in Felda just North of Immokalee that I am seeking a Salesperson for that we manage from Fort Myers . The park has over 40 spaces for me to fill with used RV's, Park Models and Mobile Homes from which we receive all of the profits.We have financing available for homes for only 10% down and a 550 FICO Score and can also finance buyers with only an ITIN # and no social security.

Affordable Housing in this economy is one of the best businesses to be in given demand for affordable housing at this time and my extensive experience and willingness to stay involved as needed for sales and mangment
