TRAVELING PROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT STAFF

Seeking skilled Restaurant Workers to join our Road Crew, to travel from Florida to NY, playing State Level Fairs and National Music Festivals. This is a Long Term Opportunity with Management and Franchisee/Ownership Opportunities available.

Interviewing: Line & Prep Cook

Play the largest State and National Level shows along the east coast from Florida to New York

Work in a professional gourmet kitchen, and NOT in a food truck or concession trailer.

Prep Heavy, High-End Mobile Food Environment (Not Fair, Fried or Scoop and Serve Food)

Work 8.5 months out of the year and get paid for 12

Salaries Start at $36,400 for General Kitchen Staff and $41,600 - $54,600 for skilled Line & Prep Cooks, based on experience.

In Season Housing & Meals Provided. Off-Season Housing Provided.

Will train the right individual with exceptional work ethic and the ability to learn quickly

Requirements

o Contiguous Travel Required for 4 months at a time

o Must past Drug and Criminal History Screening

o No Current or recent Drug or Alcohol Issues

o No Couples or Teams or Individuals with travel companions & pets

o Culinary and Moral testing given

o Wage Reporting

o Must be able to problem solve and work in both an independent and team setting

o Must have ID. Valid Driver License with ability to pull a trailer pays extra

This is a fast pace, always on the move, long days/hours environment and not for the young or the weak! A Professional Dynamic Environment. Zero Tolerance for anyone with a questionable moral compass and/or anyone who partakes in any activities, not becoming of a solid team member.
