Description Full time position located in Clearwater. 100% onsite/in-office. If you eat, sleep, and breath phone customer support and are a natural troubleshooter with ability to walk customers through troubleshooting steps then this role is for you. There will be training on the equipment that our client offers its customers, this person will be taught those troubleshooting steps.This position will also require adequate writing skills as the customer support is communicated through chat lines and WhatsApp communication.You'll love this job if you excel at coming up with creative solutions to technical issues. Robert Half is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment with a company in the Healthcare, Hospitals, Social Assistance field. The ideal candidate for this Help Desk Analyst position has strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making effective change within an organization. This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the Clearwater, Florida area and is a long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity.Major responsibilities- Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues- Provide IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally- Manage correspondences on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups Requirements - Working knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment- Familiarity with basic networking concepts- Good understanding of IT support ticketing systems- Deep understanding of Professional Phone Etiquette- Basic Troubleshooting experience desired- Call Center Customer Service experience- Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity- Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
