Sr Software Engineer - Merchandising

I/S provides the information technology required for all Publix business units including retail stores and all office and warehouse environments. Join the PublixIT Team as a Sr. Software Engineer where you will be responsible for designing anddeveloping solutions for applications using various code languages, methods, tools and utilities while collaborating with other technical and business areas. Additional responsibilities will include coding, debugging, documenting, and configuring packages, writing program specifications and technical design documents for new and existing solutions, and performing root cause analysis/problem determination and resolution for complex problems while serving on a system support rotation.

• BS in Computer Science or other analytical discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum of5 years experience analyzing business problems and translating business requirements into technology solutions that consider system performance, usability, quality, cross-system interdependencies, and scalability
• Minimum of5 years designing enterprise class solutions using object-oriented analysis and design, design patterns, UML, service-oriented architecture, and solution frameworks
• Minimum of5 years full-stack web development experience with the .NET framework 4.0+
• Minimum of5 years experience using Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or above
• Minimum of 3 years experience implementing one of the following JavaScript frameworks: VueJS, AngularJS, or ReactJs
• Minimum of 3 years experience developing Web APIs using Swagger and C#
• Minimum of 3 years experience developing and deploying JavaScript Single Page Applications
• Minimum of 2 years experience managing source code using TFS or git repositories
• Minimum of 2 years web development experience with .NET Core 2
• Experience planning and managing all activities associated with delivering solutions in a large-scale distributed internet facing environment

• 7+ years designing enterprise class solutions using object-oriented analysis and design, design patterns, service-oriented architecture, and solution frameworks
• 7+ years web development experience with .NET framework 4.0+.
• 3+ years web development experience with .NET Core 2
• 5+ years web development experience with VueJS, AngularJS, or ReactJS
• 7+ years experience with SQL Server 2012 or above
• Experience developing and deploying JavaScript Single Page Applications
• Strong technical understanding of IIS and other middleware components
• Experience designing and developing websites running in a multi-platform distributed environment
