Hostess/Host needed for upbeat, very busy, award winning chef owned restaurant! Marker 39 is an upscale Florida fusion restaurant featuring a beautiful dining room, wine bar and outdoor patio. Serving creative chef driven fusion cuisine with great beer and wines!

Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival.

Manage the seating chart efficiently to accommodate reservations and walk-in guests.

Provide accurate wait times and manage guest expectations during busy periods.

Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area.

Collaborate with servers and other team members to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred but not a deal breaker.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is passionate about food, wants to further their knowledge of the restaurant biz and wants a fun way to make some extra cash!
