Office admin to wear many hats! A typical day will include incoming calls, update CRM software, creation of Flyers/Postcards (w/ Canva & Publisher), PowerPoint presentations, update Excel spreadsheets, create marketing material, social media management, process sales files, and more daily office functions as things come up. You have be ready to roll with the daily demand with a positive attitude. We work hard, we support all of our agents, and we have fun while doing it.
A real estate office is a unique environment, your role is to keep this machine running and support the agents. It's exciting to be a part of the day-to-day excitement of a fast paced real estate sales office. You will be interacting and offering support to Realtors and Broker daily.

Florida Real Estate Salesperson license would be beneficial, but not required.
