Punchout - Carpenter - Service Technician

Seeking an exceptional Punch-Out Carpenter / Service Technician. Candidate will be skilled, hard working and professional, possessing a keen attention to detail. Must have experience in drywall, paint, light capentry / trim and have their own tools and transportation. Must be able to work independently, walk houses in finish stage and determine what punch work needs to be completed and have the tools to complete the task.
