Property Manager Couple for One Home-

Looking for a couple to property manage one home in exchange for great cash pay. We Love Panama City Beach and all the good people and offering our home to families. Please do not respond to this if you currently have a job. This is a position for someone that is not working and just looking to supplement maybe social security or retirement. Looking for a couple that would property manage my home.

Job is for mostly Saturdays. Every Saturday we have a check out and check in. The job is to come to the home and turn it upside down with cleaning and maintenance and be gone by 4pm.

NOT INTERESTED IN ONE PERSON ONLY

WE PAY IN CASH

COUPLE WOULD NEED TO BE ON CALL FOR EMERGENCIES

We are really looking for someone to love our home and keep it receiving Five Star Service. With that said, the job is hard. You have to clean everything in a four bedroom home. Then while one person is cleaning the other is helping on maintenance. Are light bulbs out ? Does the baseboard need painting? There are more than enough honey dos :) .
