Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a Project Manager in Weston, FL.Overview:The Project Manager (aka Technical Project Manager) within the Enterprise Launch group supports the HCM Lead, Principal, and other Senior Project Manager with indirect oversight of the client shared services teams to ensure projects are delivered with the highest quality on time and within budget, meeting the customer's stated and implied business needs. They will be responsible for planning, managing and successfully implementing new and cycle-based sub projects within the overall Launch project. The HCM Technical Project Manager manages multiple deliverables within stringent deadlines and is flexible enough to meet changing scope and resource situations.Duties Include: Project Manager will identify, develop, and communicate project work plans, scope, timeline, and resourcing Assists and creates all service requests in Salesforce for BI report, Customs, SQL interfaces, etc. Monitors, tracks, coordinates all estimates requested in Salesforce tool Reviews and approves all estimates that fall under project scope Maintains Smartsheet with details for all HCM customs, integrations, and reports Works directly with other team members on meetings with customer Works directly with Lead, Principal, or Sr PM for guidance re: HCM contract inclusions; assignment updates and resourcing Works to secure resources, obtain soft booking details for development and HCM lifecycle progress As a Project Manager, you will attend all internal calls and calls with customer relevant to progress/procedures Works with multiple resources on updates to HCM project plans, Smartsheet and Salesforce Assist with scheduling of meetings for customer and internal resources on integrations Verify remaining hours on assignments in Salesforce and tracks all T&M hours Close out projects and assignments and obtain customer acceptanceREQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plusThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
