Pool Retail Associate

Location: Pinch A Penny Clearwater, Fl

Servicing Clearwater/ Safety Harbor

Pay: $15-$18. Looking for preferably full time, between 4-5 days a week

We are looking for a new member to join our team of pool professionals. Opportunity to have a career in a thriving industry. No pool industry experience needed but is a benefit. On the job training. Opportunities to advance in position and pay. We offer many services to our customers, including pool maintenance, equipment installation and repair both in store and in the field, pool cleanups etc., and we are always looking for reliable employees to fill these roles.

Responsibilities:

-Fill chlorine jugs. All employees must be willing to start and continue with filling chlorine jugs as it is the backbone of our business and is done by everyone in our team.

-Keep store clean and organized

-Restock merchandise

-Help customers with purchases/ carry purchases to the car if needed

-Answers phones

-Operate cash register

-Perform water balance testing

-Any other duties as assigned

-Timeliness and good attendance

Qualifications:

-Ability to work full shifts of 9am-6pm

-Able to lift 50 lbs.

-Experience in retail store or customer service, preferred.

-High school diploma or GED

-Must be able to work weekends

-Must be able to interact with customers in a polite and professional manner

Experience in pool equipment repair, pool chemistry, pool service is beneficial but not necessary.
