Permit Coordinator / Administrative Assistant
Job functions (not limited to):
Apply and obtain permits for roofing jobs.
Maintains permit records.
Asists with customers regarding appointments, job scheduling and inspections.
Assists Project Manager & supervisor as required.
Perform related clerical and departmental duties as required.
Answer and route incoming calls.
Assist with Scheduling/Appointment Setting.
Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent is required.
2-3 Years Office Administrative Experience
Experience within the construction industry or Roofing industry preferred.
Computers, Tablets & Smart Phones Proficient, Ability to use Microsoft Office software and office equipment are required.
Familiarity with the local government permitting process is preferable.
Valid Florida driver's license. Clean Motor Vehicle Record and Background.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Team orientation, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of company personnel and customers.
Bilingual - English/Spanish A MUST
Job Type: FULL TIME
Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
Experience: Customer Service: 2 year (Preferred)
Location: South Florida
Hours per Week: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
