Paralegal / Law Clerk WANTED

The Law Firm of Diaz & Associates, P.A. is a firm in Kendall that specializes in Foreclosure Defense, Loan Modifications, Real Estate, Wills, Trusts & Probate matters, Personal Injury among other Civil Litigation matters.

We are seeking a devoted individual to join our team as a Paralegal / Law Clerk and assist with case load, document review and preparation, legal research, organize case files, gather facts and information, etc.

Requirements include being computer-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel. Being bilingual is a plus, although not required.

Any of all previous legal experience will be considered in evaluation. Applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well with others, while being detail-oriented and punctual.
