Paint & Drywall

We are an apartment builder that builds communities across the Florida, Georgia and lower parts of South Carolina. Most of our communities are 300 units that we build.

We currently have an mix of in house labor and sub contract workers that complete all of our drywall and paint installation and finishes.

The roles we are looking to build is a traveling team of painters that can complete (punch out) the building interiors as they come online to be completed. A key component we are missing is having people who know how to fix the last 5% of the job with the drywall blemishes, feathering in touch ups and all other things related to the paint and finish.

We are building 3 communities in Ocala currently with one set to open in the next couple of months. The right individual would be bonus if they could travel to Jacksonville, Daytona, South Orlando and the I-4 corridor between Orlando and Tampa as we have 8 communities being built across that stretch the next year and half.

Further bonus if you are willing to travel into Georgia. All travel details will be discussed during interview process.
